Scene-Grocery Store

[Like Chrissy, Carol has just been hit on the head with fruit]

Carol: Owwwww owwww that hurts!

Chrissy: Oh no!!! How about this time we go to MY apartment! THEN you will finally figure out that it is 1979!

Carol: No...its not!!! Its 1997! Owwww

Chrissy: Janet once told me about what u have right now! Its am...am...am...

Carol: Amnesia?

Chrissy: Thats it! We better go back to my apartment. Janet is pretty good with these things.

Carol: Well...ok

Scene-The Apartment

Janet: Jack, I'm worried! Wheres Chrissy?

Jack: I know!! If she doesn't come back we're in trouble!

Janet: I know! I wouldn't wanna lose her either!

Jack: No no its not that! She was supposed to pick me up some tomatoes for my spaghetti sauce I'm making for dinner!

Janet: Jack!!!! Will you forget that now?!?!?! Where's Chrissy?

Chrissy: [enters] And THIS, is my home!!!

Jack: CHRISSSYYYY!!! Where have you been? And who....is...that?? Ooooooo

Janet: Down boy

Chrissy: Oh I'm sorry! Well it doesn't really matter. This is Carol Foster Lambert. I met her at the grocery store. She hit her head really really hard when fruit tumbled on her.

Janet: Ooooo let me take a look at it! [looks at Carol's head]

Carol: Is it ok?

Janet: Yup. Its just a little bump. I'll get some ice.

Chrissy: Carol is so confused! She thinks its 1997!

Jack: What???!?!

Janet: Carol, its 1979!

Chrissy: [to Carol] I TOLD YOU SO I TOLD YOU SO!!!!

Carol: I must be dreaming.....

Chrissy: And Carol has SIX kids!

Jack: Busy one arent u!

Chrissy: Let's see...I think i remember their names.....JT, Al, Brendan, Dana, Karen, and....Mark! And a new baby named Lilly!

Jack: Its a miracle!!!

Mr. Furley: [walks in] WHERES THE RENT? AND WHO IS THIS?

Carol: I'm Carol Foster Lambert. You must be the landlord.

Mr. Furley: I am!!! And these kids are late with the rent!

Carol: Oh don't worry! I'll pay it!

Chrissy: Carol!!

Jack: Your wonderful!

Janet: Bless you!

Chrissy: Why? She didnt sneeze![snort snort]

Mr. Furley: Thank you!! If it wasn't for Carol, you guys would be in TROUBLE! [exits]

Carol: MY family is probably worried. I think i should go back to the grocery store. I need to get back to 1997!

Jack: Bye!!!

Janet: Nice to meet you!

Chrissy: I'm going with you!!!

Carol: I wonder how I can get back to 1997.....

Will Carol ever get back to 1997? The world may never know......
