That's nothing but a joke, I'll take Subway over the fast food places anytime. We have 3 in town and 2 of them maintain health grades of 100.00 % or higher which is something McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arbys, Hardees nor Wendys can say. That's cool if you like Subway and their sandwiches, food etc....I've tried their sandwiches before and they're nasty as hell to me. I know why Jared lost so many goddamn pounds off of that **** LOL. Cause it was so nasty, he couldn't or didn't wanna eat it, so he lost weight.

I love Subway. I sure do miss that crab salad sandwich they use to have. That was my favorite. Fast food is so salty these days Subway is a healthy alternative.

I also love Schlotzsky's.

Quiznos is good too. I'll give that flat bread sangie a try later. Thanks for the tip.
