Default Bullies

Who here had a bully when they were in school? I had a couple in elementary school. They would tease me because I didnt wear expensive clothing and other things. When I entered junior high, I decided not to put up with it no more. I decided to tell them right back off verbally. They never bothered me again and in high school, I was well liked. My older brother was bullied also. My dad told him to never start a fight, but if someone picks a fight with you, hit them right back and he did. Never bullied afterwards. The case with Eric Smith, he was bullied in school and he snapped. But murdering Derrick Robie was NO excuse. That was horrible! In case anyone doesn't know about this case, Eric Smith was a 13 year old boy from Savona, New York who murdered 4 year old Derrick Robie in August 1993. Just because Eric was picked on in school, doesn't mean you should murder someone. My experience with bullies has taught me to stand up for myself. I also learned that there will be cruel people no matter where you go in life and that they will always exist. You just have to stand your ground with them.

That's horrible to go and do that to a little boy. I realized a victim of bullying can go both ways; they find the strength to rise above it or they become bullies themselves. I have had too many bullies in my life to count; all through my school years. Some will look back and feel bad and others won't remember. I think if you are in a bullying situation; have the strength to know it's not you, that the other one is extremely troubled. You have a light in you that shines even through the darkness.

i was bullied badly in my first year of high school. hell i really wanted to bring a gun to school and either kill certain people or kill myself in front of them. they started kissing my ass after they found out i was sent to the ER for suicidal threats. there was never an apology, they just started acting like i was their best friend. i recently found the email address of the one who started it all and i can't say i haven't dealt with temptation to contact her and let her have it. i know it would make me feel a lot better about it all. a similar approach definitely helped resolve the anger i felt for years towards an abusive teacher in middle school.

When I was a freshman in College, of all places, this one girl tried to bully me. It went on for a few months, until one day she put her hands on me and I popped her one good time. That was the last time I had any problems from her.

I was bullied alot in middle school. It's the reason I was sent to an alternative school. I was spit on, called horrible names like ****** on a daily basis. It got so bad that I use to hide in the bushes in my backyard, wait for my parents to leave, and go home instead of going to school. I even spent lunchtime hiding out in the bathroom quite a bit, because I was a loner, and was embarrassed to be sitting all alone in front of everyone in the cafeteria. It wasn't until I stood up for myself and kicked a couple popular kids asses that the bullying finally ceased, but at that point the damage had already been done. Bullies are ****ing cowards, and they can all kiss my ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was bullied a lot in my school years, mostly antagonized, treated bad and was called names. I changed sports a couple times in elementary, as I went to 3 elementary schools in 3 years but middle school was probably the hardest. High school I moved in the middle of the best years of my life and I just got treated like ****, not bullied, just treated horribly.

Wow we have almost the same first line in our posts. But yeah, that sucks bro. I've been treated like **** my whole life. I have had the same experience with the lunch room and hiding, so don't feel alone on that.

I was bullied through elementary to high school by different people. I would ignore them and they would stop. I grew up in a small town and most of the people that bullied me are pretty much losers now.

I was never bullied horribly.

I do remember a couple of idiots from middle school who tried to trip me frequently. They had bad aim- they NEVER tripped me once.

I've never been bullied in my life thank god. The only time I can think of was in High School there was this one kid who was the total class clown type, he sort of cracked jokes about everyone but it seemed like he was always making fun of me. I could never tell if that was his way of being friends with somebody or really was just teasing me.

I just had the typical rich, snobby girls make fun of me because I wore cheap clothes, no makeup, etc. Nothing mentally damaging. Mostly I was just so much of a nobody that no one bothered me.

He might of liked you, as in had a crush on you lol. Cause if they just pickin or buggin you out of the whole crowd, and they're the opposite sex, then it could be that. I'm just sayin- it could be him being himself as well.

I remember this one boy just picked on me, not bully me. He made fun of my last name and one day I was leaving the classroom and he was standing outside the door and stuck his leg out and tripped me. I was wearing a skirt at the time and carrying books. He and his friends just laughed.

People then and now make fun of my last name all the time I deal with it, and you have to laugh- or else you look like you're taking things too serious. So many goddamn things rhyme with it too. Chris ROCK feels my pain LOL .
