Almost in the beginning of every episode you see "Written by Christopher Lloyd".

Is this the Christopher Lloyd from TAXI and Back to the Future or just a person with the same name?

No, definitely not the same person, but the actor Christopher Lloyd would have been an interesting guest star on the series...

I must admit that when i started seeing Chistoper lloyd in the credits for some shows, i though it was the actor too.

Lloyd (the writer, not Doc Brown) has had an amazing career. He's worked on a lot of hit shows.
