[In the kitchen]

Jack: Ok Lana, this is how it goes. One egg, 1 butter stick, and a cup and a half of flour.
Lana: Ok, that's one egg, 1 butter stick, and a cup in a half of flour?
Jack: Yes.
Lana: I wanted to make cupcakes, not the gourmet mess. Jack, you know instead of that dessert...when Mr. Furley is alsleep..we can go into my room and...
Jack: Lana, here's some advice. Get a doctor, or better yet, become one.
Lana: I love when you get bad..you bad boy!
Jack: Ok, let's make cupcakes.
Lana: Ok.
Jack: It's one teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract...
Lana: Ok, before I forget, let me get the vanilla ice cream out.
Jack: No Lana, that's not exactly what a meant.

[Phone rings]
[Jack answers it]

Jack: Hello.
Mr. Angelino: Jack, I'm in danger, something bad has happened.
Jack: What happened?
Mr. Angelino: I went to read the newspaper, to look at my stocks, and it turns out that I'm bankrupt.
Jack: You mean you never put any money into your bank account?
Mr. Angelino: Well, my stocks were doing well, so I put all of the money in my stocks, and it's gone.
Jack: What does that mean?
Mr. Angelino: I have to sell the restaurant.
Jack: I can't belive that's the last of "Angelino's restaurant.
Mr. Angelino: No Jack, I'm selling yours.
Jack: Oh my god.

Jack: I can't belive that my restaurant is gone, and I don't have any money.
Lana: Did you have any money in your account.
Jack: I spent it all on the restaurant. I've used the rest of it to pay the rent, since 1980, and now 4 years later, it's all gone.
Lana: Well, you should just look in the newspaper for a job.
Jack: Maybe.
Lana: Maybe to make you feel better, we can...you know...in MY room.
Jack: I have to meet my disgusted stomach in the bathroom.
Lana: Poor man.

[Mr. Furley walks in]

Mr. Furley: Ohhh, Lana you're alone.
Lana: Don't count it it Ralph.
Mr. Furley: Maybe you and me can go grab a bite to eat, and then see a movie I want to see.
Lana: What's that?
Mr. Furley: The Newlywed Movie.
Lana: Ok...I think i'll go meet Jack in the bathroom.
Mr. Furley: Those women, they just an't handle a bachelor like myself. No one can resist me.

[Jack come up behind him]

Jack: OOOO yes, Mr. Furley. No one could resist you...
Mr. Furley: NOOOOOOO!!!!!
