Scene- Apartment

Janet is alone, watching television

TV: Like the sand in a sandbox, so are The Years of Our Lives.....

Chrissy enters

Chrissy: You won't guess what I have to say!

Janet: Okay, I won't. Now what do you want to tell me!?

Chrissy: I'm a volunteer security guard at Hinderman's Supermarket. You do it undercover too! They're doing this to support community service.

Janet: Chrissy.....why?

Chrissy: Well I have a lot of spare time and it's only for a week.

Janet: Well okay. When do you start?

Chrissy: In about an hour!

Janet: Well, I'll see you later!

Chrissy: Oh, do you want anything from the supermarket?

Janet: Yeah! Salmon, bacon, eggs, chips, french fries, brownies.....

Chrissy: Those sure are a lot of sweets for you and Jack!

Janet: Who said anything about Jack?

Scene- Hinderman's Supermarket-Tissue Isle

Chrissy is on duty...

Women is squeezing Charmon

Chrissy: Mrs. ?

Penny: Marshall. Penny Marshall. Maybe you've seen Laverne & Shirly?

Chrissy: I've seen it, Laverne, but I have to take you to the manager.

Penny: Why?

Chrissy: You were squeezing the Charmon!

Scene- Manger's Office

Mr. Hinderman: Mrs. Snow, why did you bring Mrs. Marshall in?

Chrissy: She was squeezing the Charmon!

Mr. Hinderman: Mrs. Marshall, you can leave.

Penny leaves

Mr. Hinderman: Mrs. Snow, Squeezing the Charmon is not against the law.

Chrissy: But Mr. Wiffle said it was wrong!

Scene- Supermarket- Ice Cream Alise

A man is stuffing ice cream bars in his jacket. Chrissy goes over to him.

Man: Hello? What you want?

Chrissy: Nothing! I just wanted to see if the ice cream was on sale.

Man: Ohhhh.

The man runs out of the store

Intercom: Will Christmas Snow please report to the Manager's Office?

Chrissy: Sure!

People stare at her.

Chrissy: Opps.....

Scene- Manager's Office

Manager: Ms. Snow, you let a man steal ice cream!

Chrissy: I did not!

Manager: Oh yes you did! Luckly we caught him! You have one more chance!

Chrissy: Ok, boss!

Scene- Supermarket- Fruit Alise

A man is picking up a free sample of watermelon.

Chrissy: Hey, you there! Come here. You're coming with me.

Chrissy grabs the man and takes him to the manager's office.

Scene- Manager's Office

Manager: What is going on, Ms. Snow?

Chrissy: He was eating food without paying for it!

Man: It was just a free sample.

Manager: See! Ms. Snow, let him go.

Man leaves

Chrissy: Mr. Hinderman, it was a mistake. One of the employees were making me pay to eat it! No wonder he was laughing.

Manager: I"m sorry, Ms. Snow, but you are no longer one of us.

Scene- Apartment

Janet and Jack and Terri and Larry are in the living room

Chrissy enters, sad

Jack: What's wrong, Chrissy?

Chrissy: I got fired!

Terri: Howw did that happen?

Chrissy: Well, it was all Mr. Wiffle's fault!

Larry: Mr. Wiffle?

Chrissy: Yeah! I arrested soemone for squeezing the Charmon.

They laugh as scene fades.
