Seinfeld Trivia Game Prototype - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

A few years back (5+), I bought a prototype for a Seinfeld Trivia game. It was made by a company called CDS Games. 5,000 of these games were produced and each was numbered and a certificate of Authenicity included. I got #1001 of the 5,000. I've searched the web, but can't find any info on it. Does anyone know about this prototype? Is it worth anything? Any help would be appreciated.

Is it electronic or a board game?

It's a board game. The top of the box reads "SEINFELD Trivia Game". I still have it shrink wrapped, but there was a picture on E-Bay showing the contents of the box, so I know it's a board game.
