Was Jerry's panty remark offensive? Would any of the ladies at this site be offended if Jerry Seinfeld made that remark to them?

I think that's "The Cheever Letters"!!! No... to be honest I wouldn't be offended. I'd be sitting there staring at Jerry going

Yes, it is indeed a very funny episode.

Great episode. I laugh every time when Elaine is slowing closing the door saying, "I have to go to my mom's. She just bought me some new panties, and they're all laid out for me." I can watch that 10000's of times and still laugh.
