the current logo looks fine as it is. why bother changing it? although it's not as if it is going to stop me from buying diet pepsi anyway (i drink diet, as i avoid regular pepsi)

It looks like an image campaign, probably to celebrate a new era upon us. I have a feeling they'll change back in a few months. They changed it back in 2007 with all the funky art in the background, too.

As far as i'm concerned, they can serve it in an old mason jar with a rat face on it. As long as it taste the same, it will still be my number one soft drink.

ew. i don't like it either. the current one is just fine the way it is but it's not going to stop me from drinking it. it just looks really weird. and the sierra mist one is not wonderful on the eyes.
