Default One More Attempt

All evening, I have been going all over the board trying to stimulate some conversation about some of these fine shows! So far, I do not have any responses! This is one last attempt that I will make to try to generate some. By the way, the shows that I have already posted messages this evening include, Caroline in the City, Friends, and Gimme a Break! I guess that either the topics that I have posted are not interesting to the general public or people just have other things to do on a Saturday Night. I any evening, I thought that I would take one more stab at stimulating some conversation!

Well I admire you trying to breathe life into some of these quiet boards so I'll bite. This is a good show. I've always liked it but also appreciate it because it one that my little girls also enjoy and is appropriate. What is your favorite episode? I'm not sure I have one in particular but I more preferred the middle to later seasons. I must say the last episode was a huge disappointment. I thought the premise of it was just stupid and I had of course read that the lines wrote for Mr. Brady were given to Mrs. Brady since he had left. You can really tell that is the case especially the talk/lectures Mrs. Brady gives to Bobby.

I am very happy to have generated at least one response this evening! There are a lot of episodes that I enjoy, but if I had to pick one favorite, I would have to go with the "Snooperstar". I thought that the circumstances in which Cindy's bubble was burst at the end was halarious! One thing that I would be very interested in knowing is whether you are at all familiar with the eighties sereis "Gimme a Break!" One of my favorite episodes of that sereis is from the third season and is called "Samantha's Protest". If you are familiar with the show, you know who Katie is. At the end of that episode, Katie's bubble was burst in a manner that was very similar to that of Cindy in this episode. In my opinion, both girls truely got what they deserved! If you would like to see "Samantha's Protest" it is up on "You Tube". Also, if you are interested in my take on it, you can go over to the "Gimme a Break!" section of this site and read my threads. Two threads that I have started in the recent past that deal with this episode are "Informal Servey" and "Lovely Blue Skirt". Have fun reading them!
