Carol in Boots

All over this site, I have posted messages about my weekness for a female in boots! The pages in which I have started these threads include, Facts of Life, Frasier, Gimme a Break!, Mad about You and Will and Grace. So far, none of the fans of any of these series have seemed very interested in responding to any of these threads. I thought that I may as well add "Freinds" to the list! As most people know, Ross's divorce was supposed to have happened shortly before the start of the series. Because of how young Ross was when he married Carol and because of how little experience he had with other females, he had a very hard time getting back into circulation. On his way to a hocky game with Joey and Chandler, he pased a lady's clothing store. In the window, there was a manaquin of a lady wearing dress boots very similar to the ones that Carol wore on her first date with Ross. This site made Ross feel really depressed! Even though we never actually saw Carol in her boots, I can imagine that she looked pretty good. Also, at one point or another, we saw all three of the females from the regular cast in a pair of dress boots. In my opinion, they were all pretty hot!

The first thing that I would like to do is agree that the last poster has made a very good point! The episode that I was referring to was a frist season episode that took place shortly after Ross's divorce was supposed to have happened. As virtually all fans of "Friends" know, the fact that Carol left Ross was because she had come to terms with being a lesbian. However, because that reality was obvious I felt no need to point it out! I really had two motives, for making this post. The first was to express my fondness for females who wear sexy boots and my second was to stimulate some conversation about some of these fine shows! If the last poster (or anyone else) likes the way that I write, I suggest that he go over to the "Mad About You" page of this site. That is, if he has not already done so! I have not checked it for a while, but it will be the next one that I go to after I post this. On that page, I have posted a message sequential to this one called "Carol's Other Boots". I would be very interested in what anyone thinks of that thread!

Because of how long it has been since any of my posts on this page have generated a response, I decided to see what happens if I bring this one to the top. On a lot of different pages of this site, I have told the readers about my weekness for babes in boots and how sexy some of the women from those particular shows look in their boots. My most recent post was on the "Brady Bunch" page and it was called "Sexy in Boots". The last time I checked, it was on the top of the page and had four responses. I would be very interested in what anyone here thinks of it!

I am bringing this thread to the top of the page in celebration of the fact that we are only a week away from the time that the new "Mamma Mia!" movie gets released on a two-disk DVD set! I am so excited! One thing that I think is very debatable is whether the average fan of "Friends" is old enough (or corny enough) to appreciate the music of ABBA. I, however, am crazy about it! For quite some time "Dancing Queen" was my absolute favorite song! In the early part of this millinium, it got pushed to second place by the rap song known as "The Power in my Purse". This song was performed by this show's very own Lisa Kudrow! "Marci X" was my favorite movie of all times! In addition to the part played by Lisa, I also appreciated the performance of Christine Baranski. It is because of this that I was very excited to learn that she would be one of the stars of the new "Mamma Mia!" film! If you look at my original post, you will see that it is about how sexy all of the regular females from "Friends" look in boots. Well, in my opinion, Christine looks like an absolute angel in hers! Wow!

It seemed that, for quite some time, this page has very slow. However, it is now picking up full speed! It is because of this that I have decided to bring this thread to the top of the page. I wanted to let a new generation of posters know what we were thinking about once upon a time! Back when I first started this thread, I mentioned how good all three of the female characters on this show looked in boots! Wow! Well, my all-time favorite babe in boots is Julie from "Gimme a Break!" I was thirteen years old during the episdoe known as "Katie Steels Julie's Jock". Boy did my eyes pop out of my head! Well, even though no other chick has surpassed or even equaled Julie Kinisky (Lauri Hendler), all three of the babes from "Freinds" have come pretty damm close!
