does anyone happen to know about any of the behind the scenes of FN? Namely, the name of Sally's stunt double?

This is a great subject, because I too have always wanted to know about some of the technical aspects of that show. I'm amazed at how good some of those effects are! Not so much the scenes with the Blue screen technique, but there are some shots where it is obvious that a stunt double is being suspended by some means and flown through the sky. The opening shot alone has an amazing shot of this person flying over the church steeple and in another, he/she appears to be in some sort of free-form antics high in the sky. These are definitely NOT blue screen shots! I hope someone sheds some light on these amazing tricks!
