Okay --
So now that I am registered on here I wanted to ask all of you, that are willing to reply, to help remind me of a few cases, and whether or not I can find these segments or news about what happened in these segments anywhere online. Okay, so the first case I remember always giving me the chills was there was this guy who was going around to strip malls and just killing people. He didn't appear to have any motive, and he had would just walk in shoot people, and then walk out. Very creepy. The second segment I need help remembering the details of is something about a husband and wife who owned a video store, and I think they lived in Arizona. The wife disappeared, and the husband swore that when he got home from the video store they owned, she was gone. Very fishy case. Lastly, I remember this bizarre case where these two people, I don't remember if they were a couple or not, agreed to meet some guy at a Motel to sell him a high-priced computer. He ended up robbing them and hitting them in the back of the head with a hammer. Absolutely chilling. That once gave me the creeps. Anyway...thanks in advance for info you can provide. These cases have been some of the few that have stuck with me over the years (I remember watching the show when it originally aired with all of the lights out, creeping myself out), and I was bummed to the DVD's released lacking in any kind of special features regarding cases. Maybe someday we'll get more DVD's, but for now I appreciate any help locating these segments or any information regarding them. Thanks again...look forward to posting on here and being a part of the Unsolved Mysteries community. |

The only one I remember about strip malls was a rapist that frequented stripmalls , I just saw that one on one of my tapes the other day .

Welcome!
The video store couple one is the segment about the disappearance of Pam Page. The husband seemed suspicious and I always thought it was strange he wasn't interviewed on camera. She is still missing:http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/21dfaz.html The one about the computers is like alfiechat said the one where the killer went by the name "Tom Johnson". I remember the woman killed was Heather and it has been posted on here that the fiance who survived the attack was later killed in a automobile accident. As far as I know "Tom Johnson" was never identified or captured.

Thanks so much! The I-70 killer is so bizarre. And thanks for the info on the Pam Page case. I realized after I asked the question, just how vague the question being asked was. So thanks for reading between the lines and answering my question.
That's really sad about Heather's fiance (and Heather of course). Amazing they were never able to trace the computer to that guy. |
