Only for dessert at a mexican restaurant, but I think that's the only place they serve it.

I wish I felt the same way you do; its because i don't that my blood sugar became elevated. If I eat wisely it may return to normal. But my instinct is to eat 2 ice cream cones. With french fries and mayo as a chaser.

It's not nasty. It's just vanilla ice cream with a thick sweet shell around it. It really is very good.

I always wondered that. Maybe they just fry up the shell and put it over the ice cream.

I have actually made it before twice in fact. It doesn't melt because what you do is you take your ice cream and you make them into balls and then you freeze them for an hour then you make the coding and dip the balls into it and freeze them for 3 hours till firm. Then you fry your ice cream for 15 seconds or till coding turns golden brown and then you return them to the freezer while you fry remaining ice cream balls

The reason they don't melt is because there really frozen and you only fry them for like 15 seconds. There really not that hard to make just time consuming
