I'm a cheddar man myself.

This market a few doors up from my apartment where i shop at just about every day carries this sharp Irish cheddar that's great.

Some fresh Mozzerella is a favorite too.

White American, like we used to get when I lived up north. Straight from the deli. None of that pre-packaged "orange cheese"!!

I hate raw cheese it has to be cooked in some way but nevertheless these are my favs:

Mozzarella and provolone because I'm Italian

American (white or orange doesn't matter to me).

Actually, I can eat orange cheese if it's melted in a grilled cheese sandwich. Especially a grilled ham & cheese sandwich.

When I was younger, you couldn't get me to eat anything except American cheese. Now I just eat American on burgers. These days, I like Swiss, Provalone, and Mozzarella.
