Well, the new UM is probably going to be crap based on the trailer, so what other shows to watch? I guess Forensic Files is still making new episodes?
The New Detectives is good, but it was cancelled in 2004; FBI Files was cancelled in 2006. They show the same reruns over and over again on TruTV/Investigation Discovery. Any other shows? The First 48 seemed to trivialize it by making it some kind of competition to solve it in the first 48 hours?? |

Right. Most Excellent show is any that can capture the concept of feeling, from a time that is embedded, in the roots of Toronto’s history. Coupled with the grassroots of forensic science, and its development from the beginning. Murdock’s Mysteries not only does not insult the intelligence of the audience, but enhances their understanding, of the modern techniques of catching the bad guys. May the show continue for even another season. ‹(•¿•)›

That's more a crime drama rather than a non-fiction show like Unsolved Mysteries.
As for Forensic Files - it's a little simplistic; they make the suspect fairly obvious from the get-go, and their segues as they got ocommercial are also obvious. "Could he have killed her for her life insurance money?" . NOOOOOOOO..would NEVER think that. |

do you still have Forensic Detectives in US at the moment?
apart from FBI Files they re-run it in my country on various Discovery Channels. I noticed that some FD's stories are rehashed on Forensic Files, but presented in short cuts. FF even borrow some visual concepts - black and white footage of feast in George Trepal's segment! |
