Not at all what I expected out of the afternoon....WOW!

I guess it six of one/half dozen of the other. The Brewers and Mets are such a joke. Too bad there wasn't a way for both to just be done for the year....

lol yeah, Brewers are in the playoffs for the first time in 25 years, what a joke (they didn't even win the division to get to the playoffs either). But we'll see come Wednesday I guess.

All that's left is the Twins or the Sox for the AL Central.

Too Bad the Steamers Baseball Club couldn't stop the Sox, but 81-81 isn't bad for a season that looked promising but fell apart during the All-Star Break.

I feel like our season was Frank Sinatra's song "That's Life". Ridin' High in April, Shot-down in May.

Yeah. I'm disapointed in Travis Hafner, wtf happened to him? He reminds me of Juan Gonzalez. A perenial homerun hitter that just fell away. Grady had a nice year.

Why is it a joke for the Brewers to be in the playoffs, it is based on thier record. They have sucked for most of September but no one won more games than them and did not get in so I am not sure why it was a joke.

Anyway thank the Lord they had CC!

It's not a joke for them to be in the playoffs, they are a good team. I was referring to one playoff appearence in 26 years. I'm 20 and it took the Brewers longer then that. Nothing against them, gonna be a great series, both series.

And what do you mean about no one has won more games then them? They had a eh September, up and down but the Phils and Cubs have a better record. I think Milwaukee is a good team though.

Ok, nice comments, thanks!

I just meant that they should be in the playoff because of the total number of games that they won, that there was no team who could say they were better than the Brewers and should be in the playoffs instead of the Brewers. I think the Phillies will win fairly easily, but I hope not. Maybe CC can pitch 3 out of 7 games, although his arm might be ready to fall off.

NP, Yeah the Brewers are good. I think both the Phils & Brewers are really good. Both have good aces, fast guys and homerun hitters.
