Oh man do those hotcakes ever sound good tho!!!

I know they're only in a couple of northern states, but they should add the Tim Horton's breakfast BLT to that list - apparently it tops out the others in calories, cholestrol and salt combined!! (but it sure is tasty!) lol

I order that anytime we stop at McD's for breakfast in the morning. Tastes pretty good, and it usually beats gas station food.

I think what a person eats for breakfast or any meal is their business. I don't
know why people keep posting this stuff about the worst fast foods out there

Um, in what capacity could a Cinnabon Cinnamon roll ever be on a worst food list????
I didn't know people had it for breakfast though!!

I usually go to McDonalds for the hotcakes, (YUM) or the sausage McMuffin sandwiches and hashbrowns. Wendy's also has a good breakfast menu too. They have a great chicken biscuit sandwich!!!

I'm surprised donuts didn't make the list!! Or kolaches!!! Okay, now I'm hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!
