70's cartoon quote

I remember a quote from a cartoon,I think it was a cat that wore a hat and smoked a cigar.The quote I remember was "This is the way its gonna be,see"It was spoken in old ganster style(mofioso)I think it might be Black Pete voiced by Billy Bletcher,but I'm not sure.I am trying to get a copy of that quote,can anyone help with this?

The only cartoon animal that I can think of who talked that way was Biggy
Rat, in the 1960 cartoon King Leonardo. He wore a hat, smoked a cigar and talked
like Edward G. Robinson in one of his gangster roles. He was voiced by
Jackson Beck (who also voiced Bluto and Buzzy the Crow and narrated the
Superman radio program). [In his later years, he was the announcer in
the Little Caesar pizza commercials, by the way. He died in 2004, just 15 days
before what would have been his 92nd birthday.]
