I was watching a very funny South Park episode the other day the one that featured Kenny getting High off of Cat urine. As I was watching it I started thinking What is the deal with Kenny? He's a kid but his face is weird shaped he never ever takes his coat off and you cant understand a word he says. I like the Kenny character but someone explain Kenny to me

You can't understand Kenny, because he has that hood covering his mouth. It's been a running joke, the entire series to kill off Kenny at the end of every show. I think a few years ago, they tried to permanently kill off Kenny, but the fans outcry was too strong, so they brought him back.
