Default Charlotte Rae calls Joan Collins a B**ch!

Does anyone remember this clip from the beginning of 2007 from the show "The Insider" when Charlotte Rae is attending the red carpet opening of of a play starring Linda Evans and Joan Collins? Charlotte Rae call Joan a "you know what" and Joan's reaction is a little funny. If you have not seen it, check it out:

I remember that. I never understood if Charlotte meant it in a really bad way though because then she went on to say how excited she was about seeing her in the show. So maybe being a bitch isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Well, Charlotte also said that "its surprising that people still to work with her. but (the Garrett Chuckle) eeh they doooo." I took as she did not care if Joan was offended, she was speaking her mind anyway. LOL.

But she was offended by the way Charlotte called her one. She was shocked and looked horrified. That cracked me up.

Catlover, did you see the video? Is your ROTFL Icon a result of the topic or the video? LOL.

I think in Hollywood this is considered a compliment.

When she said "who is this old cow?", I just about lost it! You'd think that 'someone' delivered flowers to Joan in a box onlly to open it up with the word "bi*&h" spray painted inside the box. That is how scared and shocked Joan looked. She was totally thrown off.

Charlotte Rae looked like she had a Mrs. Garrett moment mixed with a "I'm old, don't care and can get away with it" moment. I bet Charlotte was like, "I ain't no rolemodel housekeeper no more nor do I play mother superior to house full of girls and those are the 'Facts'. "

Oh, please, Joan. Don't make yourself look like a saint. You had friends and enemies. Don't be shocked! Don't make yourself a victim because you are not one. Like Joan ever had true friends. Get out of here. She should not be shocked by this, please. She has freakin' millions, for God's sakes.

I don't think she was expecting to see that. I think that is one of the things that threw her off. I am still laughing about that video. Too funny and to have Charlotte Rae who was 'Molly the mailady' from "Sesame Street"/Mrs. Garrett call her a "B" is something else. Joan also called her an "old cow" but she is just several years younger that Charlotte.
