Geez! First of all, what does being black have to do with the National Anthem? Unless he's from a different country, he shouldn't be making derogatory remarks about the song. And what a dumb a$$ for doing it during the game! Sounds like he's in enough trouble already!

If he doesn't like it, he should have kept his mouth shut and just stood there. The song is only a few minutes long. Give me a break!!
