It WAS CHRISTMAS EVE
it had actually snowed mag could not believe it jinny was working that day but mag was not
she woke up mag:gosh i forgot bens present (she had hidden it at work so he would not find it so she dropped ben off at gabriels.
and went to the division the cap saw her and came out cap:you dont have work today mag:i know i forgot bens present . cap

mag:wheres jin
cap:i was so supprised she did not show up today shes never late(sarcastically)i called her house no answer
just then caps phone rang maybe thats her mag waited to see cap flicked the switch so they both could here jins excuse
police:we found a car in the river the id was in it it slipped on the ice jinny extead we did not find the body the window was open so the body could have came out the window but with how cold it is she probably is not alive

jinny was floting down the river her head bleeding she woke up grabbed a log floting in the water to hold her she was in and out of conciesness as she floted down some back waters

jinny finally was awake enough to know atleast where she was but was to weak and cold to swim to shore she had hit her head so hard it wa snot looking goodshe knew mag would come looking for her she pulled out her badge and threw her identidy card on the shore of the water she passed out again

mag got in her car and drove alongside the river she could not see anything sinse jin was in backwaters

cap:cd angela i want you to question the whittnesses see if they saw a body come up then help mag look

jinny snapped out of it again and tried to make herself stay awake and think what she was going to do

the cap called up a hilicopter pilot and told him to circle the area a few times

i am still writing more right now but what do u think

jinny remembered her cell phone she pulled it out did not work she took off the battery wiped it dry the bestshe could and let it sit on the log to dry a little

as mag was looking for jin she started crying thinking eather she had frose to death
or was freazing which earged her to keep looking

then jinny remembered her gun she pulled it out took out the cartridge and dried it off
she shot the gun up in the air once magda thought she heard somethin but could not be sure so she called the cap to get her a rescue boat

jinny did not know how bad she was she was sure hypothermia would set in soon she got to a calm part of the water and tryed to paddle to shore she made it after awhile
of laying there she shot her gun again

more to come tonight

jinny heard a car a little further down river she figured it was not LA but another city so she crawled back on her log and went in the river then her cell phone started working again the battery was low though jinny dialed up the caps number cause she figured mag would not answer

she woke up by bumping into a boat at a harbor she crawled up on the deck and saw a bar crawled in and said someone help me call a doctor a man walked over a doctor he set jinnys head on his knees doc

meone call an ambulence i need blankets you get over hear you to rub her legs or arms with your hands we need to warm her up itll take the ambulence awhile (the road was icey)get somethin clean to put on her head

magda angela cap and cd junped in a car and were on their way the saw an ambulence coming from the place and figured jinny so they followed it at the arrival to the hospital they saw the emts pull jinny out on a stretcher she did not look good they followed in when they saw a doctor come out they asked how she was doing doc:well the cut on her head is pretty bad she lost allot of blood we have not looked for other injuries yet although i think she pinched a nerve or somethin she did not move her legs at all
maG:can that be cured it depends on the patients will physical theropy will help we are stitching up her hand she must have punched through the window
nurse:doctor we need you in the or
doctor leaves
captain sighs and sits on the chair

hehe! I've actually been called a beaver before...I have a friend who tried to eat a tree once...(truth) she ended up in the ER though...never found out why...so I don't eat the trees, I just hug them!
