Ok, I was REALLY bored, and didn't feel like adding to my other Division fanfic, so I decided to start a knew one. This has nothing to do with my other fanfics...just thought you should know....well, hope you like it.
“The End” A 15 year old brown haired, blued eyed girl sat on some stairs in an alley, with a drink in her hand. She was by herself, and liked it that way. She was a loner…she didn’t need anyone! But, she wasn’t alone for long. “Hey, Exstead!” A voice called from the end of the alley. The girl sighed and stood up to see who it was. The boy came running towards her, until she could finally make out the face. “Oh God…Bobby! What the hell do you want?” Bobby ran up to her and smiled. He was a little taller then she was, with short blonde hair, and small brown eyes. “I don’t want anything! Shawn just told me to come find you, so that’s what I’m doing!” Bobby was Shawn’s best friend, and Shawn just happened to be the girl’s current boyfriend. She slowly sat back down on the stairs and watched as Bobby did the same. Smiling, she took a big gulp of her drink, and then crushed the can in her hand. “What’s that?” Bobby was a very curious teenager…and it often got annoying. “Just some beer my…” Before she could finish, she noticed another person at the opening of the alley. At first she thought it was one of her friends…until she noticed something shinny on his shirt. “Oh Crap!” Yep, it was a cop! She was trapped in an alley with a crushed beer can in her hand, and a cop coming her way! The cop speed walked down the alley to where the two kids were. “Now, I believe I know you from some where.” The cop recognized the girl. She got into a lot of trouble, and he was always the one to catch her. “Hey Officer Duca” She sighed, trying not to seem nervous. He smiled, and nodded to Bobby who he happily didn’t know. “Now what are you doing back here, and what would that be in your hand?” He knew something was up, because with her something was always up! The girl’s palms got sweaty. “I’m talking to my friend Bobby, do you mind!” She was as nervous as she could get, but under no circumstances was she going to let the officer, or even Bobby know that. “Well excuse me for doing my job, will you ever forgive me?” Officer Duca was generally nice, but had learned how to handle the girl. She smirked, and looked at Bobby quickly. “I though being a smart ass was my job?” The officer knew that she was trying to get him off the topic of what he was there for. He decided to lead her on a bit, and then ask her about it. “Well looks like I’m moonlighting then…” Officer Duca was very handsome. Tall, dark, and handsome that is. He had bright blue eyes, and short, dark brown hair. He also had a 6 pack, which gladly the girl could tell by through his shirt. And even though she wouldn’t admit it to anyone, she had a little crush on him. Now the girl herself was decent. Her blue eyes matched well with her brown hair, and her attitude. She was wearing blue jeans, ripped at the knees, and a black leather motorcycle jacket. Under her jacked was a flannel shirt over a plain gray one. So all together she looked pretty tough, not to mention the black boots she was wearing. And even though Officer Duca wouldn’t admit it to anyone, he was a little scared of her. “Anyway, what’s in the can?” The girl just smiled and shook her head. “Nothing, see it’s empty” She waved the crushed can extremely fast in front of him, so he couldn’t tell what it was. He smiled and nodded. “Well then what WAS in the can?” He had a feeling it was beer, but couldn’t be totally sure. The girl took a deep breath and stared at the officer. She, for some reason, could tell what he was thinking, “Just soda… you know, Coke” The can was red, so she figured Coke was the best soda to say. However she forgot the fact that she hated Coke and Officer Duca knew that. “Oh really? And what happened to your deep hatred of Coke?” The girl’s once sweaty palms were dry as clams now. Bobby just stood there in suspense as if it was a movie. He really wanted to know how the girl would get out of this one. But she just smiled. “Can’t a girl change her mind? We’re known for doing that you know.” Officer Duca laughed. As much as he knew it wasn’t true, he decided to believe it. He could loose his job for all the things he does for this one girl, but after all he owed her. He arrested her for nothing a couple of times, and got her into a lot of trouble. So he considered this to be his payment. “What ever you say, Jessy. What ever you say.” Officer Duca smiled and walked out of the alley. Jessy fell on the stairs in relief smiled. “I can’t believe you actually pulled it off! He actually believed you!” Bobby was amazed. Of course they both had no idea that Officer Duca really knew. “You don’t know how lucky you are!” Jessy sat up and looked at Bobby, her smiled now faded. “Hell I do! If he caught me I would’a gone to Juive.” Jessy smiled at her success. She didn’t get caught, this time! ------------------ >>Ray<< "In the words of Cyndi Lauper: Girls just want to have fun. Well I'm still awake, and still bored so here's some more. And just to warn you I'm half asleep so it may not make sense...and if it doesn't I'll fix it tomorrow!
Jinny Exstead sat at the table in her living room while she stared at the wall. It was the day after the big “Intervention” that her friends had set up for her. And although she cried a lot, she was happy that they did it. She knew that they cared, that they really wanted to help. Of course she didn’t show her appreciation to well, at least not until the end of it. But it was hard for her, talking about her mother’s suicide was something she didn’t like to do, and didn’t do a lot. A knock at her door interrupted her thoughts. Her thoughts about the beer she wanted so badly. She slowly got up from her chair and made her way to the door. Truthfully she was hoping it was Teddy. She had not seen or heard from him since that night she cheated on him. But when she opened the door it was her best friend, Magna. “Hey, Jin. How are you holding up?” Jinny smirked and let her friend in. Mag walked in, as Jinny closed the door and followed her. “I’m doing as well as I should be I guess.” Jinny watched as her friend kind of searched the place with her eyes. Jinny was a little disappointed. She knew her friend was searching for empty beer or alcohol bottles, and was surprised she didn’t have faith in her… especially after last night. “What are you doing here? Why aren’t you at the station?” Jinny wanted so bad to be able to put on her badge and her holster and to head off to work. But knew that no matter what she said she couldn’t go back for a while. “Captain gave me that day off to stay with you.” Mag was hoping her friend would be happy about that, but Jinny showed no expression at the news. She wasn’t sure if she should be happy that Mag actually wanted to spend the day with her, or if she just wanted to make sure she didn’t drink anything. So, in response, Jinny just nodded and the two sat on the couch. Mag smiled… after giving the place a good eye search, she saw no signs of empty, or full bottles. She also noticed that Jin cleaned up her apartment a little. Not a lot, but still some. “So you cleaned up a bit, I see” Mag decided complimenting Jinny was the best thing she could do. Especially after what she put Jinny through. “Ya, well what else am I supposed to do?” Jinny shrugged her shoulders and looked around at her place. It was still pretty messy, but it was also only 11 O’ clock. Jinny still had the rest of the day, and 89 more days to finish it. The thought of that depressed Jinny even more. She leaned back on her couch, and held back her tears. All she wanted to do was lay down and cry all day. How was she supposed to pay her rent? Or buy her food, or anything else? She was basically broke and there was nothing she could do. Well, she could ask her friends and family, but that was the LAST thing she would ever do. The absolute last thing! ------------------ >>Ray<< "In the words of Cyndi Lauper: Girls just want to have fun. What's the point of planning for the future? I'm glad you like it! Here's some more!
In New York, where Jessy lives, almost everyone is in a “group.” In those groups, there’s always the pretty and snobby one, the geeky one, the smart one, the funny one, the hot one, the quiet one, and the tough one. Well, in Jessy’s group, she was obviously the tough one. Her new boyfriend, Shawn, was the hot one… his best friend, Bobby, was the smart one… Kevin was the funny one… Jack was the geeky one… Nick was the quiet one… and Christy was the pretty, snobby one. All of them got a long most of the time. But Jessy and Christy just hated each other sometimes. They would yell, and make fun of each other, but that was only when Christy was being conceited or when Jessy was being just plain mean! Other then that they were best friends. They had an alley that they hung out in, and that’s where they usually were. “Hey, Bobby, did you pass that science quiz?” Kevin asked his smart friend. Bobby smiled and nodded. “Of course you did, that was a stupid question. What’d you get?” Everyone was quiet and looked at him. He got a little embarrassed being the only one that could pass a test. But, he had dealt with it for the past 2 years, and so he would deal with it again. “102…” He watched as his friends stared at him in disbelief. Shawn got up, and gave his friend a high five. “That’s, awesome!” Shawn was the only one who really appreciated his friend’s brains. But that was probably because Bobby would only help Shawn study, and no one else. Jessy slowly got up from the ripped and torn couch that was in the alley. She walked over to Bobby and looked at him. “How the hell did you manage to get a 102 on a 100pt test?” Jessy was baffled. She never scored over a 70 on a test… not even if she actually studied. And most of the kids in her “group” didn’t get over 80’s. But she really didn’t care… she didn’t think that knowing how the earth spins, or crap like that was going to help her in life. She didn’t know what she wanted to be when she got older, but she knew she wasn’t going to need to know that! “Oh Jessy, lay off!” Christy was sitting on the ratty couch, looking in a mirror and putting on her lip stick. But she stopped for a second to scold Jessy. Jessy just shot Christy a look, and waited for Bobby to answer. “It’s not that hard. I just through in some big words that sounded important!” All his friends laughed, including Jessy. She loved New York, and would never leave, NEVER! hope you like it! I'll post more later! ------------------ >>Ray<< "In the words of Cyndi Lauper: Girls just want to have fun. What's the point of planning for the future? I'm glad you like it, here's more:
Jinny had noticed that ever since her friend got there, she hadn’t stopped smiling. Now Jinny knew that something was making her happy, and it sure wasn’t her. “So, Mag, is there something you want to tell me? You know any good news?” Mag looked at her friend and smiled. She wasn’t sure if telling Jinny was the best idea, but she just couldn’t hold it in any longer. “Well, actually I might…” Jinny was intrigued and moved closer to Mag. “Gabriel proposed to me last night.” Jinny almost feel off the couch in shock. Mag stared at her excitedly and awaited a response. “Uh, wow Mag, that’s, that’s great! What did you say?” Jinny shook her head just to make sure she wasn’t hearing things. But when she looked at the glowing Mag, she knew it was true. However, under the glowing Mag, there was an extremely confused one. “I told him I don’t know. I mean he’s been gone for so long… I just don’t know.” Jinny nodded. She understood what her friend was going through, and much rather be going through that then what she was actually going through. “But he does make your life a hell of a lot easier, right?” Mag laughed at her friend. Of course he did, but she didn’t like going around saying that. He took Ben whenever she told him too, he cleaned, and he did everything. Jinny looked at her friend. She evened her so much. Mag had everything she had ever wanted, and what did she have? 3 months of suspension for drinking! “Well, Mag, do you love him?” Mag paused for a second. She wasn’t sure if she was in love with the Gabriel now, or the Gabriel she had known. “I think so…I just need some time to figure things out.” Jinny smiled at Mag. God how she wanted to know what love felt like again. And the only name that could pop into her head was Teddy. Why the hell was she so stupid to cheat on him? Why, why why? ------------------ >>Ray<< "In the words of Cyndi Lauper: Girls just want to have fun. What's the point of planning for the future? Lol! I'm REALLY happy that you like this! Katie convinced me to post a little more tIt was getting dark, and Jessy had to get home. She dreaded going home so much.
“Hey, Jessy, walk me home?” Christy was scared to walk home in the dark, but where they lived everyone was. But Christy felt safe with Jessy. She didn’t know why, but she did. Jessy nodded. “Well, see you tomorrow.” Shawn walked over to Jessy and they started to kiss. Everyone rolled their eyes as they watched Jessy and Shawn’s tongue meet in their mouths. After about a minute or two, they stopped. “Well it’s about time!” Christy was tapping her foot the whole time. Her parents were very strict, and if she weren’t home in 10 minutes, she would be grounded. “Buh bye now!” Shawn smiled as Jessy and Christy walked away. Christy was speed walking as fast as she could, not wanting to be late. “Slow down, Chris, what’s the hurry?” Christy just shot Jessy a mean look. “You know what the hurry is, Jessy. I know you hate going home… but I have to!” Jessy nodded and started walking faster, just for her friend. As she walked faster, the dog tag around her neck started bouncing up and down. This was really the first time Christy had noticed that Jessy had it and decided to ask her about it. “Uh Jess, whose dog tag is that?” Jessy paused for a moment and lifted it up so she could see it. “My father’s, I think.” Christy looked at Jessy confused. Jessy just looked up and kept walking, Christy now behind her. “What do you mean you think? How can you not know?” How could somebody not know about something like that. “Why don’t you just ask him…” Before she could really finish what she was saying, Jessy snapped. “Because I don’t know him, alright!” Christy was now the one who stopped. “Didn’t you ever wonder why I have a different last name then my parents? Why I don’t look like them or act like them in anyway?” Christy was stunned. She had no idea what to say to her now angry friend. “Well sure it crossed my mind, but…” Jessy, once again, interrupted Christy. “They’re not my parents! I was adopted when I was a year old, by the horrible people I live with now.” Jessy was adopted my two alcoholics. Although she liked to drink herself, she hated when they did. When they weren’t drunk, they would call her useless and ugly and horrible and everything like that, and when they were drunk, they would just show it! They would hit her, and slap her, and hell even burn her, and she hated them for that. The dog tag was the only thing she had of her father, her real father, and intended to keep it! onight so here it is! ------------------ >>Ray<< "In the words of Cyndi Lauper: Girls just want to have fun.
