I'd have to say "To Market, To Market" Seeing that desk flying through the air and the look on Henry's face...PRICELESS!!!

yea, that was HILARIOUS

Lauren! Henry standing there, watching the helicopter flying away with his desk-I never fail to crack up at that scene, no matter how many times I see it!
Also, there's a scene in this one that, when I saw it on DVD, I hadn't seen it in YEARS (ever since CBS used to show reruns of the show late at night in the late 70s). It's the scene where Frank sees Hawkeye & Trapper kneeling in front of the desk, and he asks them "What are you doing"? Hawkeye says "Morning prayers" and Frank says "Where's Father Mulcahey"? Hawkeye says "We decided to start without him".

I see that everyone's naming episodes from the first 3 seasons, just proves that we all agree those were the series best episodes! If only it stayed that way, and didn't become "The Alan Alda show".
