George's different "Looks" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

At times, George Lopez looks handsome. Trim, nice hair. Other times, he looks scarred or something, can't explain it. Then, he looks sort of blown up. Did he have his kidney transplant during the series? I know that medications, especially steroids, can cause a person to bloat. His hair goes from very short to very long. He has quite a few looks on the show.

It is the other way around...he started with longer hair and was heavier. Seasons 1-3 George had the longer hair and was a bit heavier. He got shorter hair from about halfway through season 3 to the end of the show on season six. He lost a lot of weight, too.

Thanks. Wow, what a difference the weight loss made. He looked really handsome in those episodes. I didn't care for the long hair either.

I think I'd like him with long hair if he was thin.

I liked the long hair too but the short do along with the weight loss really was better for him.
