"I am a drug dealer(different from number 5)

It's sad that "I'm gay" is even in the same list as "I'm a drug addict" and "I'm a prostitute."

Nope. Not even a choice for people that are gay. It's not like they chose to be gay. I have no problem with gay people, they are all the same as the rest of us.

the factor here is fear, not shame. if my kids turned out gay, i would support them all the way, but i'd be afraid for them because of the challenges they would probably have to face in life. being non-hetero can't be easy in the cruel society we live in.

I agree Sarah, that's a valid point. I know that I'll love my kids no matter what, and if they want to be gay, I can accept that, but I will worry about them because this world is hard on anyone who's different, especially homosexuals.
