Default need this solved involves sanford and son

hey did this really happen it was on tbs in mid 90s it was either called best of sanford and son or fred has the big one it had everyone on the sanford set in some junkyard and the truck was painted dark red and rode by itself fred thought it was haunted he said get real foxx everyone used their real names i never saw it again anyway let me know if this really happend sure it did

I think it is that episode of "Sanford" that aired on BET in the 90s, and Fred really did have the big one, and Cal, the fat white guy was there and took him to the hospital. I can't think of the episode title off hand, but it did air recently on BET. BET not too long ago dropped it again.
