As I mentioned in the review, three additional episodes were also shot last season, but due to the strike they never aired. Now the show is being reworked and those three will never air. They also will most likely not air the first four from season two because of the firing of showrunner Daniel Cerrone. Thus, here are the episodes you won't see (unless as extras on the S2 DVD):

Season 1
The Fantini Brothers
Production Code: 111
Juliet's new boyfriend Kai tries to adjust to her lifestyle and is asked to appear in Natalie Kimpton's upcoming music video. Tripp asks for assistance from the Governor to get around the subpoena issued by his son Patrick for him to appear before the Fantini case. The Governor refuses to get in the way as he is a friend of Simon Elder. Nick and Brian try to help Tripp avoid the subpoena instead.
Meanwhile, Nick is instructed to hire a private investigator to locate Carmelita. Jeremy and Lisa put up an art dealership, but Lisa initially faces difficulties with running the business.

The Silent Auction
Production Code: 112
Tripp and an old acquaintance from his work with United Way, Flavia Carozzi, chance upon each other as Nick tries to start with putting up his children's hospital. Nick convinces Tripp to ask the help of Flavia in organizing a silent auction to raise funds for his project.

Season 2
The Little Boy

Tripp surprises Letitia with the plan of a trip to Venice on the day the groundbreaking of Nick's Children's Hospital. Police arrest Letitia for the murder of Nick's father, Dutch George. She pleads not guilty and spends a night in jail. She is bailed out and put on house arrest. Meanwhile, Jeremy falls for a paparazza named Verona, and Juliet is away on a trip outside the US with her new boy toy Kai. Patrick locates the kidnapped Carmelita and Karen overhears and is intrigued by a conversation of Simon in Russian.

The Fashion Show

Letitia Darling, who is in house arrest, cannot leave the house to attend fashion shows. She instead arranges the fashion show to be held in her home and invites her closest friends for a private showing. Meanwhile, the Darlings stock plummets significantly due to the recent murder trial and media speculations. And someone has been trying to take advantage of the family's misfortune. Tripp and Brian, who is now working for the business, tries to gather from Karen what Simon Elder is up to. While Jeremy is promoted to head valet, Patrick has become more anxious in finding for his beloved Carmelita.


The Witness List

Patrick, who is already in dire straits with his mother accused of murder, his transsexual partner missing, and his election campaign in full swing, has to deal with a blackmailer who is trying to milk money out of him. Brian again asks Nick for help in getting back Brian Jr. Nick has to face his mother Clare, who is listed as one of the witnesses for Letitia Darling's murder trial. Clare agrees to a meeting in France. Simon Elder continues with his pursuit of the Darling fortune and causes a stir within the family.


The Monster

Jeremy quits his job as the head valet and comes to Lisa once more for advice. Patrick is reunited with Carmelita who is located in the Adirondacks with the help of Tripp. Brian and Andrea continues their battle over Brian Jr. while Nick deals with the painful truth to be revealed by his mother. Karen is introduced to Simon Elder's son as their relationship deepens.

There you have it. The season premiere is on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 10PM ET/PT with #205 "The Birthday Present."
Even as Lisa and Nick planned to celebrate his birthday privately and quietly, Tripp and Letitia Darling decided to throw a lavish party for Nick on their yacht. Nick helps in reconciling Tripp and Patrick, who is still burdened with his troubled marriage and missing transgendered lover. Brian is reunited with his illegitimate son while Karen and Simon Elder escalates their relationship. Jeremy reveals his feelings for Lisa to Nola Lyons. Amidst all the Darling drama, a death occurs within the family and someone is arrested for murder.

I just learned that they shot out of order for season two. So the first four episodes produced will NOT be totally scrapped. They will air. The first two produced for season two had some reshoots, so it will all make sense after #205 The Birthday Present.
