taxi is cool i like that show wish it was stil on reruns down here 2n season was better took me while get used to it but oh well hope more dvds come out

I remember watching the first episode of Taxi on that day 30 years ago . . . . long before I owned a VCR or obviously dvd player . . . back in the days where you had to catch the episode or wait for the rerun five months later!

Anyway, I remember watching Louie yell and scream and give this really mean impression like he was king of the garage and then he walks out of the "cage" and he was so short compared to everyone else!

The audience roared. It was a great way to introduce the world to a great character and a great show!

I remember being in the 5th grade and some little girl was talking about how great that new show "Taxi" was. I feel so old right now!
