Ozzie and Harriet on ION DirecTV

I don't know if this has been discovered or mentioned and pardon me if it has, but I just discovered last week that O&H is being shown on ION TV at 2am Eastern time. I'm 36 yrs. old and I have never been able to watch it as a kid, but I recall my mom always being a fan. Well, when I seen it was on, I DVR'ed it and I'm happy to announce, I'm now a fan! I find it to be a very cute show and I just think Ozzie is so funny! I take it that he is supposed to be a serious kind of guy, but he is so funny at it! I'm enjoying it and I hope they keep showing it. I wish this station would pick up more classic TV because TV Land has lost their minds!

You may have the same ION feed that I have. It comes on at 9:30 am, except Thursdays, I believe it's on the weekends too at this time, also Monday through Friday at 11:30 am and 11 pm. There are 33 episodes. Go down to the post, "The Town Of Harriet", I did a short description of each episode I have on my ION channel.
They also have The Beverly Hillbillies, My Little Margie, and I Married Joan.

TV Land has edited even more from their few old shows, now they're about 18 minutes I think of original 26 to 28 minutes of original show time. It's hard to know what the episodes are about anymore with so much editing.

I don't think we have the same ION station because none of those other shows come on at all.

You are so right! TV Land has lost their minds!! LOL! They have good shows but geez! Everytime I turn it on, it's always "The Andy Griffith Show", "I Love Lucy" or "M.A.S.H". Those are all great shows, but I never see anything else!

Yes, O&H is also my new favorite show. I discovered it a couple of months ago on ION, and like you, had heard about it from my parents, but never had really seen it. It's such a brilliant classic!

Especially MASH and Andy Griffith! UGH! I never liked either of those shows so naturally they show marathons of them! I don't watch I Love Lucy on TV Land because I have the DVD's so why watch it all chopped up? Once they bring out all the LITB seasons (If they do) then TV Land will be a thing of the past in my household then they can take all their reality shows and stick it! I just hope that ION continues showing O&H. I love it!
