I'm more interested in the storyline that's happening with the original 90210 characters (Brenda, Kelly, even Nat, & soon Kelly's mom & hopefully more) than I am the new characters.

As a matter of fact, I'd be thrilled if they slowly bring back the old gang & eliminate all the new characters.

I'd especially love it if they brought Luke Perry (Dylan) back & him & Brenda were together again & got married.

I am willing to give the new generation a chance. Having the old characters is a little bonus. I will give the show a shot. I'd rather see Brenda and Dylan rather than Kelly and Dylan.

I had no idea Rob Estes was going to be on this show. I love Melrose Place & seeing him (who played Kyle McBride on MP) on the new 90210 is like seeing a reunion of MP & 90210...well, in a slight way.

It would be a real hoot if they brought on Heather Locklear! She could play one of the student's bitchy moms.

She'd be a bit too old for the age range that they are looking for. Well, maybe not. Do you think that she could pass for mid 30's? She is gorgeous.

Why does she have to play someone in her mid-30s? I know there are a lot of young parents these days, but there are also that huge group of females waiting to have kids until their mid-30s, so she could be one of the older mothers.

My mom was 36 when she had me & I'm 33 & don't have kids yet.

I say that because the older peer groups on the show are mid 30s. Kelly and he principal used to go to school together. Can Heather pass for that age range as well what I am asking.

That was the only reason I even tuned in for the premire; to see Brenda and Kelly. I was surprised to see Nat, too! That was cool! It would be nice to see Luke Perry again, but I don't think he was interested in doing the new 90210.

I think Heather Locklear would play a good mom. I liked her in that movie The Perfect Man where she played a teen's mom & that was only 3 yrs ago.

BTW, she's actually now dating her ex-costar, Jack Wagner (Dr. Peter Burns from MP)! In fact, he would make a good dad of one of the kids. Heck, they should just make the two of them the parents of somebody on 90210.
