Biggest Mystery of this show is in the ep - "Party Crasher" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In previous eps Fred made jokes about how fat a woman was who came to visit so why when Fred's Company came over, he invited this BIG and TALL woman over and was dancing with her??-lol I never understood why he had someone like that come over to his house.

It was so out of character for Fred to be dancing with that BIG women

An imaginary quote, I imagine Fred saying something to this affect (in gruff Fred G. Sanford tone, with the 'G' standing for 'Gruff'):
"When you get my age, you got to go for all the gusto you can get!"
