TV ONE has never ever ever ever had any interest in picking up the Jeffersons. Just can't figure it out-lol

Well maybe these are the three reasons

1.Ralph
2.Bentley
3.Tom

Good Times is the only Black show from the 70's TV One has picked up-lol

As for TV One, I know it is supposed to be an all "black" network, but that in itself is racist as well.

Solomon, you may be right. Every show they acquire is an all-black show. Some of the biggest black sitcoms, like The Jeffersons and The Cosby Show they never even consider. There's also Sanford and Son like you said, or even A Different World - although, that did have 1 white character in the first season

I have to say that BET has never been this DUMB-lol Especially since there are not that many ALL BLACK shows to pick from-lol Damm, I wish TV One stop this silly sh*T some day

Yeah, it seems like they've already aired all the long-running, all-black shows. Now they're going for the all-black one season wonders-LOL. Makes no sense to me.

At this point where will they go next?

I wish they'd show Diff'rent Strokes. BET hardly ran that. Not even for a year or even 8 months.

But there's white cast members so I guess not! LOL! Why did BET dump DS so quickly?

It wasn't quickly, it was from March to August

I doubt Tom, Ralph and Bentley are the reason why the Jeffersons haven't been on TVOne. First they air "Eve" which has 2 white people on it, they use to air "Boston Public" which had white people in it, "Day Break" that show has more white people in it than it does black. They use to air "For Your Love", that show had 2 white people on it. So I highly doubt that race is the issue. Maybe they just aren't interested in aquiring The Jeffersons at the moment or since TV land had the rights at the moment, TVOne can't get their hands on it.
