If you are a fan of the Cowboys, you don't need the NFL Sunday Ticket because they are always on national TV. I told this to my brother yesterday who is a Cowboy fan, and he said that the Cowboys can't help it if they draw ratings. I was looking at the Boys schedule for this coming season, and I am sure at least 90% of their games is on national TV, and this goes for regional coverage as well, majority of the country will be zooming in on Dallas.

I think it depends on where you live. If you live in AFC Central part of the country then you may not see 90% of the Cowboys games
