Default Why is this Breaking News on ESPNEWS?
USA Basketball Team beats Spain 118-107 to win the gold?

Wouldn't only be breaking news if Spain beat the USA 118-107 since the USA is expected to win all their games?


What International team is going to beat a USA team with Lebron, Kobe, Wade, Chris Paul, and Jason Kidd?-lol

As much as you would think the US basketball team would be the favorites, the fact is, the rest of the world has caught up to the USA in the sport. It wasn't neccessarily a blowout.
