Default Annie, Simon and Lucy Camden: the NASTIEST characters on TV ever!!!

First off...Annie was SO MEAN to her kids and her husband. She belittled her own family sometimes even in front of total strangers. The people she treated best were her female friends, or even women she hardly knew.
Lucy was just a bitter, jealous, boy-crazy-turned-man-hungry little brat!! She couldn't give a toss about her older sister's problems. All she cared about was being popular in school and landing herself a cute boyfriend. Even if it meant stealing a boyfriend from her own sister, or friend. And she had those annoying wall-eyes always filled with tears, usually because some dufus broke up with her, or because her sister was so popular. And how she complained about the silliest things in that shrilly little voice of hers! OYE!!!
Simon, I know no one really talks about him, but I thought he went from being a nice kid to a short-tempered teen who seemed to have issues with Matt, mostly jealousy issues. It seemed as though one minute he was doing everything he could to copy Matt, then the next he was desperate to emerge from Matt's shadow by becoming rebellious.
Even though I enjoy this show, these are the characters who I want to slug from time to time.

I watched 7H regularly and yeah Annie could be kind of nasty sometimes, but my take on it was a realistic portrayal of a mother with 7 kids occasionally getting stressed out, and reacting rather overbearring and unreasonable. Usually at the end of the show, she realizes what a B!@TH she was. But I wouldn't say she was overall a nasty character at all!

As far as the kids, their portrayals were supposed to be about the challenges of being a preacher's kid. Mary and later Simon were often rebellious as a result. All of them could be annoying and nasty at times, but they all evolved, and I don't see how any could be considered overall nasty characters.
