Both are funny, but I gotta go with Joe and Brian. I love their relationship. They're total opposites in personality, but one would not be complete without the other.

I think it's funny how someone like Martin Crane ended up with Frasier and Niles for sons!

Kelsey Grammer (Frasier) and David Hyde Pierce (Niles) have the best chemistry of any TV brothers. little known fact they're the same person. I'm frasiercrane on the GSN boards and nilescrane on the TVLand boards.

Have to go with the Hacketts as well. I don't watch Frasier that often, but I've caught a few eps. on Lifetime here and there. I definitely find Joe and Brian more relateable.
