If Jaleel White played the Stephan character without glasses, why would he guest star

I thought that was kind of Odd. You would think that since he was playing the role of a regular dude dating Ashely he would just have on no glasses like he would when he played stephan

I didn't wear glasses until I got into the 5th grade. Some people aren't born with bad eye sight from birth LOL

Jaleel has a really goofy appearance, which makes him look very good in glasses. So I really don't blame him for wearing glasses even when he's playing a normal guy, like Ashley's boyfriend in that one episode of "Fresh Prince". Remember that he also wore glasses in that Christmas special, when Steve was a normal teenager, and Laura was the nerd.
