Okay. I admit it. Yes, Dear can be funny...
On the episode "Wife Swap", Greg comes in with his arms spread wide with several plastic grocery bags hanging from wrist to shoulder. I have to say, when my wife and I go grocery shopping, it's still funny to see how many bags we can carry at once from the car in the style of Greg. This was one of the few times I actually laughed at this show. Otherwise, a friend of my described this show best when he said that every joke on this show is a punchline. It's not humor, it's punchlines. Anytime the laughtrack is heard, you might as well have a voice-over saying "ZING! Oooohhh!! I know you di' int!" Still, my wife and I have fun carrying in the groceries because of this show... |
