That sounded really high so I went online to check, and that price it not only for park tickets. The $420 includes accommodations in one of the parks resorts. Also Hersheypark is an amusment park not only a water park

I dunno...this is solely from a then 10 year old's memory, but I swear to get into the MGM Studios in Orlando in 1990, it was like $60. I think these theme/amusment parks are horribly expensive anyway. Makes more sense that it's with a hotel, but still.

That can't be right lol. For summer passes for 4 people it's not even that much I don't think lol. At least not in Six Flags near where I live.

Actually, depending on how many nights it is, I think it probably a good deal since it includes lodging for four. There are tons of things to do, it's not really just a couple of theme parks. There are golf courses, a museum, spa amenities, the "factory tour", etc.

Actually, I just checked this out and compared it to Disneyland. The 3 day stay at Disneyland for 2 adults and 2 children starts at $904. For Hersheypark (I really don't understand why they run the name together like that now), as the thread title says, starts at $420.

I was about to say, surely that price is a holiday package including hotel. In this economy, it had better include hotel for that price or that water park would be dead empty!!!

I agree with you, that is just ridiculous to pay that much to be in some damm water. Years ag they didn't even have a water park,I guess the two other amusement parks they compete with aded a water section, Dorney Park and Great Adventure, and then I guess saw they had no choice.
