Talking Where the Wings gang is today

Joe still runs Sandpiper. He is still married to Helen. They have two sons, Joe Jr. and and Jake. Both boys take after their father, much to Helen's frustration.

Helen gave up the lunch counter and is a full-time mom to her and Joe's two boys.

Brian is still Joe's partner and is still has no sense of responsibility. He tried to take care of his nephews one time and wound up losing them in a poker game. Luckily, he got them back before Joe and Helen found out.

Casey and Antonio had a few too many drinks together one night and 9 months later, Casey gave birth to their twin girls, Caylie and Ashley. Casey and Antonio tried to stay together for the sake of their daughters, but were really unhappy. They divorced, but agreed to share custody. Antonio wound up dying in a car accident. Casey stays strong for the girls, but cries for him every night.

Lowell came back to the island after years of being away and picked up his life after he left off.

Roy is semi-retired and enjoys spending time with his grandsons, Roy Biggins the 3rd and Ray and his granddaughters Riley and Rose.

Fay is totally retired and is on her 5th George.

So, I guess Roy's grandchildren are all adopted, huh? Since I don't think RJ is going to be having any biological kids anytime soon, hehe. Poor Helen, putting up with Joe AND two boys just like him! LOL I guess you based Casey's situation a bit on real life, huh? I enjoyed the whole "Antonio chasing Casey" thing, but I never saw it going anywhere, personally. But your ideas are interesting. I esp. like that you brought Lowell back.

I'm glad you like it

I really think Casey and Antonio would have made an interesting couple. At times, he seemed to be the only person who really cared for her while everyone else just tolerated her because she was Helen's sister. She and Brian had zero chemistry, IMHO, and reminded me of Sam and Diane from Cheers.

I really disliked how the writers made Antonio the last two seasons. He should have been happy and gotten together with Casey.

The one thing I disliked about the show, in all it's eight seasons, is that Antonio and Casey didn't become a couple. It's like they started that storyline and then just dropped it in favor of Brian and Casey. I think Antonio and Casey would have made a great couple. And if I did a "Where are they now", I would also have those two together.

Is it possible for Lowell to come back? I don't understand everything about the Witness Protection Program. Maybe I should watch "In Plain Sight" on USA, lol.

Well, when Rose's boyfriend, Miles, was in Witness Protection on The Golden Girls, he was able to come back once the guy he was running from got caught. So I think it could've been. I always wished the writers had come up with some other scenario to get rid of Lowell. At least then they could've mentioned him in passing every once in awhile.

You're right. I did forget Alex. Ummm... She finally found a man she could handle, married him, had two kids, divorced him, and rejoined the Army.

Yup, that will give you all the facts about the Witness Protection Program, just like ER and Grey's Anatomy will show you what it's really like in a hospital.

Antonio dies????? Come on Chesney. I liked all your ideas but not that one

How about they stay married, but Casey cheats on him all the time and pathetic Antonio puts up with it in his self-deprecating way?

Sorry.........it's your thread. You can do whatever you wish with the characters

PS: Are Jake and Joe as anal as their father? Do they make sure everything is at a 90 degree angle? This one was your best. Just the THOUGHT of Helen dealing with THREE Joes is hilarious. I can see her just flat-out losing it on many occassions.

OK, OK, he doesn't die and he's still happily married to Casey.

And yes, Joe's kids are just like him. Poor Helen!
