Okay this is a sequal to the one I wrote where Magda dies.
(Magda's Mom's)
*DOORBELL*
Ben: Hello. Jinny come on in!
Magda's Mom: Ben who is it?
Ben: Jinny.
MM: Oh Okay.
Jinny: I'm going to go talk to your grandma okay Ben.
Ben: About what?
Jinny: Oh nothing.
(Magda's Mom's room)
Jinny: Ma'am. I'm so sorry about Magda.
MM: Oh it's okay I should have known it would happen some day with her being a cop and all.
Jinny: Well I'm here because well how should I put this, I want to adopt Ben.
MM: What?!?!?!?!
Jinny: I knew Magda so well, and I think she would have wanted this.
MM: I don't know, are you sure about this?
Jinny: Yes. I want to adopt Ben.

Jinny: I promise I would take good care of him and I would need someone to watch him after school while I'm at work. You could do that for me so you would still see him. Please.
MM: Well Check with Ben and then if he okays it well then I'll sign the papers and you can adopt him.
Jinny: Thank you so much.
(In the living room)
Jinny: Hey Ben can I talk to you?
Ben: What?
Jinny: Ben would you like to well
Ben: Oh just spit it out already!!!
Jinny: Ben would you like me to adopt you? You would still see your grandma after school every day and then you would have me as your mom. Would that be okay with you?
Ben: Can I still call you Jinny?
Jinny: Yes.
Ben: Yes.
Jinny: Let me go talk to your grandma.
MM: Oh I already heard where are the papers?
Jinny: Right here. Thank-you.
MM: Ben you will stay here for a little while until Jinny hears that it's okay.
Jinny: That should take 3 days to a week.
MM: Then you will go live with her.
Ben: Yae!!!!!!

Next time: Will Jinny survive having a kid in the house????

(4 days later the adoption was legal, Jinny's house with Ben)
Jinny: Ben what do you want for breakfast?
Ben: Pancakes!
Jinny: Alrighty then.
Ben: Those were good Jinny.
Jinny: Thanks. Okay Ben you look for grandma after school she'll pick you up you are going to go with her to her place then I'll be there to get you as soon as I get off of work.
Ben: Okay.
(Station)
CD: So how was your first night and morning with Ben?
Jinny: Fine. I still wish Magda was here. I sure could use advice right now.
Angela: About what?
Jinny: How to raise a kid!!!!
CD: Well that makes sense. By the way how's Ben dealing with Magda's death?
Jinny: Fine for what I can tell. But I don't think that Ben's ready to tell me everything like he told Mag.
Angela: Give him some time. You became his legal gaurdian last night!!!
Captain: So Jinny I hear you adopted Ben.
Jinny: Yes I did. So what do we have today?
Captain: Well for DeLorenzo and Reid...We've got a homicide of a Mr. Robert Colen.
CD: What exactly Happened?
Captain: Well we don't know that's where you come in.
(Later that day around 7:30 pm, Magda's Mom's)
***DOORBELL***
MM: Hi Jinny Ben's right here.
Jinny: Ben let's go you've got school and I've got work tommorrow.
Ben: Okay.

Ben: Jinny, hey Jinny!!!
Jinny: Ben come in here.
Ben: Hey Jinny...I miss my mom.
Jinny: I know you do Ben. I miss her too. (She gives him a little Kiss on the cheek)
We all have to get over this. We all will, it may take some time.
Ben: Jinny I don't know if I can.
Jinny: Ben do you want to sleep in here tonight?
Ben: Yes, and Jinny Thank-you for being here for me.
Jinny: Sure Ben, Remember Your mom loves you she always will love you. She still exists in your heart.
Ben: Jinny I think that my mom loved you too.
JInny: Thanks Ben. Now go to sleep.

Jinny: (Smiles) Fine ya know I think he's ready to talk to me. I think he trusts me.
Angela: That's awesome Jinny!
Jinny: That may be awesome but I still miss Mag. She was my best friend.
Angela: Jinny it's ok to miss her we all do.
CD: Yea. I miss her too.

(Nobody even realizes Kate is talking they are thinking about Magda)

Jinny: Oh sorry any Cases?
Kate: Not really. I'll let u go back to what u were doing.

Jinny: Ok there's some cookies in the cabnit by the refridgerator.

Jinny: Eat that take a shower and get ready for bed. NOW!
