I'm really sorry that The X-Files isn't doing better. I really enjoyed the movie.

perhaps because it has been a few years since the series?

I'm shocked Stepbrothers did as well as it did, but then again word of mouth can spread fast to make or break a movie. Next week will be a telling sign.
