You should be proud that your city won a sports championship.

Yeah, I know, but once in a while you have to support at least ONE local sports franchise.

I don't know...all the years I lived in NC I hated all the NC sports teams. Couldn't stand UNC and Duke. The Redskins were on TV all the time...most of the kids at school were Redskin fans. I couldn't stand them. I think I was the only Cowboy fan there. So I know how Solomon feels. In fact the only local team I did like was our HS football team. lol

All we have is minor-league sports here, I don't care about any of them, but i do support the AAA baseball team and the minor-league basketball team, but I don't get up for any of them.

I do know how you guys feel as well. We are located in between Buffalo and Syracuse. I don't like the Bills, and I can't stand the Orange.

It's worst now. Now I'm surrounded by not only Redskin fans but also Eagle and Steeler fans too. The one good thing about being around this area though is I know I'll get to see certain Cowboy games every year.

No Real Football Fan in this town gives a sh*t about the Soul. I bet when I get to work tomorrow all the Eagles fans will be making fun of the fact the Soul won
