I am watching season 3 of that series on DVD, and she played an owner of a cab company who hired David Banner. She had borrowed some money from some loan sharks to get her comapny going and when she can't pay them back, new cab drivers like David are in trouble with the loan sharks, because they don't suspect a thing and they bring in good fares.

That plot sort of sounds familiar. LOL

I guess was around the 5th season of Good Times, 1977-78?

Yeah, she must have done that episode immediately when Good Times was through, or while the final episodes were still in production.

No, it was a diffrent episode and different season. I can't recall off hand, but I have 3 of the 5 seasons, and I think he was in season 2. I do know he wasn't sporting his moustache.
