LOL, she thought Waldo was a DOOFUS and when told Laura that EVERY SINGLE she went out with tried to take advantage of her that meant all of them thought she was a AIRHEAD-lol

I believe they were together til the beginning of Season 6, the first episode Eddie and Waldo move into an apartment together they break up. They stayed friends though til he left the show a couple of years later.

Waldo wasn't that bright, but he was a gentleman and treated Maxine like a lady. He didn't treat her like a sex object. I think any SMART woman would appreciate that. Waldo had a soft, kind heart and that's why Maxine went out with him for so long.

It wasn't smart that she gave the guy money, but a lot of teenage girl and guys do that when they are in a relationship, especially when they think that they are in love. It doesn't make Max the loser, it makes her ex-boyfriend the loser.

Just look at those former couples on Judge Judy - they do those kinds of cases all the time.

My point is that from watching the episode, it's revealed that she is just like waldo, "a person that no one took seriously during dating" which is why she SETTLED for Waldo because she was just like he was.

What are you talking about? They never really showed any of Max's boyfriends. And I doubt that she settled for Waldo. You’re a man you should know that if you treat a woman with respect and treat her like a person instead of a sex object then she would really like you. Max did not have to settle for anyone.

That's why a lot of the time you see gorgeous women with butt ugly men, and that's because they know how to treat a lady.

Brieannas what I am saying is those guys must have thought something was wrong with her mentally because they were not interested in getting serious. She was pretty but it's a mystery why that guy DUMPED HER so my guess is he felt she was kind of a DOOFUS or something along the lines of what people thought about waldo mentally for him to dump her.

why else would a guy dump a pretty girl like max
