1. It involved the USS Vincennes incident.
Where the captain or some other commanding officer was receiving threatening phone calls by middle eastern people. I think they even tried to blow up his car. Was there any update to this? Is the officer still alive? Or is the case info sealed due to national security concerns? 2. I remember a case where there were people in Mexico that were praying and then according them the "sun fell from the sky" or something like that? I remember being scared out of my wits when they showed it ona re-enactment? It was a pretty impressive use of special effects for UM. Does anyone remember where or when this took place and what the incident is called? Is there any site that details this incident?
--I remember a case in Portugal where three kids claimed to see the Virgin Mary out in a field. At first nobody believed them, but then the townspeople eventually went out there to see if they could see her for themselves. As they were standing out in the field, the sun began "dancing," moving around in circles for several minutes. This incident took place around the time of the First World War. Is this what you're talking about?-----
Yes, that sounds like it! I thought it happened in the 1990s, though. |

Fatima was inexplicable, in that even though not all present saw anything unusual, those who did all seemed to react at once. If mass hysteria proceeded entirely from the imagination, wouldn't they all see a different version of things at different times?

It's listed on the DVD Miracles set as "Miracle of Fatima." There are also several websites. Try googling "Our Lady of Fatima."
