But as usual he blew it.

The ep when he stayed on the Winslows roof until Laura went out with him and then she ended up going up there and said it was ROMANTIC that he slept up there for her and that they can out on a date as friends. Then Steve tells her he is going to knock her socks off and he she said with what? Instead of him saying-"you'll see" and starts acting all crazy and falls off the roof and ended up in the hospital being fed food by laura instead of being out at a restarunt with her.

So that was his perfect opportunity but he blew it
