Cool

I love both shows the same. Both of them are very funny especially in their earlier seasons. Both TLS & HL has something special about them that I like alot so it's hard for me to choose which one I like better. I have seen over 100 episodes of both series and I like them alot. Vivian Vance was great in The Lucy Show, as well as Lucie Arnaz and Desi Arnaz, Jr. in Here's Lucy. I think both series needs to come to TV because they're very entertaining and funny.

I think the early seasons of "The Lucy Show" are better than anything from the "Here's Lucy" days. I had a crush on the cute blond daughter on TLS (although Lucie Arnaz on HL was no slouch, either).

"Here's Lucy" certainly wasn't up to the standards of its predecessors (though I think it was better than the last three seasons of "The Lucy Show"), but I have to disagree that the ONLY funny episode was the Taylor/Burton episode. One episode that comes to mind that was at least equally funny was the very last episode where Kim posed as a terrible waitress to try to help a woman get her job back. I almost bust a gut every time I watch that one. Another one I think is almost as hilarious is "Lucy, the Fixer" -- the one where Lucy "helps" Harry fix a light switch and winds up ruining his living room. Some others I find highly amusing are the one where Lucy and Harry disguise themselves as hippies at a drive in; the one where Lucy is nursing Harry; Kim and Mary Jane and Kim's pregnant cat; the one where Lucy tries to repair Harry's Rolls Royce; the one where Kim tries to stop Lucy's romance with a man she thinks is a womanizer; the one where Lucy does obnoxious things, trying to get temporarily fired so she can take a vacation and, Harry, meanwhile, is trying his darndest to be patient with Lucy per instructions from his psychiatrist; the one where Lucy takes pottery classes trying to make a vase for Harry to replace one she broke; the one where Lucy "helps" Craig get his driver's licences; the one where Lucy hides Vivian's glasses and tries to trick her into believing a dummy of Lawrence Welk is really him. There are many others that I think are amusing, although not necessarily hilarious. Of course, there are also many that are dogs.

Here's Lucy is the BEST! I love that show. I have every single episode on video, including most of the "lost" episode that has only aired once, the one that wasn't filmed in front of an audience, and without a laugh track.

Lucie Arnaz is just fantastic in Here's Lucy, I'm glad they allowed her to shine in those later seasons. And her voice! Wow.

I believe there were 144 episodes of Here's Lucy. In fact, many episode guides list Here's Lucy of having only 144 episodes. I am not aware of any "lost" episodes of this particular 'Lucy' series.
